Dispatch iGUIDE event

/iguides/:iguideId/events/:eventType/dispatch

Dispatches an iGUIDE event to a webhook URL. For app-authenticated requests, the webhook URL defaults to the app's configured webhookUrl and cannot be overridden with a different value.

Requires scope: iguide.events.
