Calculate billing cost

Calculates the cost for one or more iGUIDE tasks based on the specified billing model, iGUIDE type, and task types. This is a public endpoint that does not require authentication. Accepted billing models are AUD, CAD, and USD. Size is specified in square feet only. Tax is optional and independent of the billing model: pass taxModel with a tax model code (exempt, gst, hst, hstON, hstNS, qst, gstAU) or the equivalent Xero tax code to have the cost quoted with that tax; omit it for a pre-tax cost.
